I see a product on your website that I am interested in and would like to purchase. How do I go about getting set up as a customer?
Please fill out our online credit application form and fax it back to us along with your W9 Form to 803-684-1185. It usually takes 24 hours to set your account up. At that time, we will be pricing your items, making sure that we can get it to you in a short period of time, and confirming back to you that we have what you need. After your account is set up, you can place your order with us and sit back and relax!
Do you offer same day delivery services or do you have weekly scheduled routes?
If you have an emergency need for one of our products, and it is in stock, we can get it to you the same day via a same day carrier or on one of our Sunbelt trucks. In order to service our customers on a weekly basis, we have weekly scheduled routes. If you place your order before your scheduled delivery day, you can be assured that you will receive it on the day that we have designated for your deliveries.
I am looking for a specific product on your website but I don’t see it.
Chances are, if it’s not in stock, we can get it for you. We have multiple suppliers for each type of product we sell, and your product can be produced according to the specifications and volumes that you require. Sunbelt offers EDI capability, and allows the customer to place their orders over the web from their server directly to ours. Sunbelt will provide e-commerce capabilities via their website in the future.
